Job Description
National Fertilisers Limited (NFL) has released the official notification for Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 01/2026) and Field Representative (Advt No 02/2026). The NFL has invited online applications from energetic, qualified Indian nationals for engagement as Management Trainees (Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Materials, Information Technology, Electrical, and Chemical) and Field Representative posts.
The official notifications has been released by the National Fertilizers Limited at their official website www.nationalfertilizers.com with an aim to recruit eligible candidates for a total of 21 Management Trainee and 40 Field Representative vacancies. The online application process has started on 13th May 2026 at www.nationalfertilizers.com.
Candidates who will be applying for the post of Management Trainee will be selected through a two-stage process comprising an Offline OMR-Based Examination and a Personal Interview. The final merit list is prepared based on combined performance in both stages.
