Job Description
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to total 668 permanent posts of Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey), Junior Officer Trainee (HR/F&A), and Junior Technician Trainee (Survey). Selected candidates will be engaged in technical operations, project execution, survey activities, and administrative or finance-related functions across various units within the organization. The recruitment drive also includes 30 vacancies in POWERGRID subsidiary Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL).

Candidates who qualify in the Written Test/CBT on merit will be called for the next stage of selection (Computer Skill Test/Trade Test) in the following ratio:

Those who qualify in the Written Test/CBT and CST/Trade Test (wherever applicable) will be empaneled in order of merit as per their marks in the Written Test/CBT. In case two or more candidates secure equal marks, the candidate eldest in age will be placed first among them. Offer of Appointment will be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit, subject to being found medically fit.

How to Apply
- Candidates must first complete registration on the portal by providing basic details. A valid email ID and mobile number must remain active throughout the entire selection process.
- Only one region should be selected at the time of application. The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted on the same day across all regions. Once selected, the region cannot be changed.
