The Railway Recruitment Board has officially issued the Document Verification call letters for candidates who successfully cleared the Computer-Based Test for Paramedical Staff positions under CEN 03/2025. This phase is a mandatory step for all shortlisted individuals to validate their credentials before final appointment. Candidates are required to present their original certificates and supporting documents at the designated verification centers. The process ensures that all academic and professional qualifications meet the standards set by the Indian Railways for healthcare personnel. Successful completion of this stage is essential for proceeding to the final medical examination and subsequent placement. The selection process for RRB Paramedical Staff involves three distinct stages. First, candidates must qualify in the Computer-Based Test (CBT-I), which evaluates their technical knowledge and general aptitude. Second, those who pass the written exam are called for Document Verification (DV), where their original certificates are scrutinized for authenticity. Finally, candidates undergo a medical fitness examination to ensure they meet the physical standards required for railway service. All stages are mandatory for final selection.

The CBT-I examination was conducted on 11, 12, and 13 March 2026. It consisted of objective-type questions covering professional subjects, general awareness, and reasoning. Candidates were evaluated based on their performance in this test to determine the shortlist for the document verification stage.
