The UPSC Prelims Exam for Civil Services was conducted on 24th May 2026 in two shifts for General Studies Paper 1 and CSAT Paper 2. Candidates can now access the provisional answer key for GS Paper 1 (SET A) prepared by subject experts.

UPSC CSE exam consists of 400 marks. Paper-1 carries 2 marks per correct answer, and Paper-2 carries 2.5 marks per correct answer. A penalty of 0.66 marks (1/3rd) is applied for each incorrect answer.
