The salary structure for the Rajasthan High Court Stenographer is based on the state’s pay matrix levels, ensuring competitive compensation for the role.
- Probation Period: During the initial two-year probation period, newly appointed Stenographers will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹23,700.
- Post-Probation Salary: Once the probation period is successfully completed, candidates will be regularized into the pay scale of ₹33,800 to ₹1,06,700, corresponding to Pay Matrix Level 10.
- Allowances: In addition to the base pay, employees are eligible for various government-mandated allowances as per the Rajasthan High Court and State Government rules.
