Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL), a Government of NCT of Delhi undertaking, has released the official notification for the ICSIL DEO & MTS Recruitment 2026. This contractual outsourced recruitment drive will be conducted to fill approximately 40 vacancies (Data Entry Operator – 20 posts & Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 20 posts) for deployment in Dental Council of India / National Dental Commission. Eligible & Interested candidates can apply online only through the ICSIL official website.

Step 2: Pay the one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹590/- (if not paid earlier).
Step 3: Complete your profile with all educational qualifications (from High School onwards) and experience details.
Step 4: Apply for the desired post (DEO or MTS) only if your profile matches the eligibility criteria.
Step 5: Submit the application carefully and take a printout for future reference.
Note: Candidates can apply for the posts only after successful payment of the one-time registration fee. Profile must be updated completely before applying. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview and Document Verification. The posts are purely contractual/outsourced and liable to be deployed at Dental Council of India / National Dental Commission, New Delhi.
