Eligible candidates must apply online through the HIMS Portal and also send the hard copy by Speed Post. The step-by-step process is as follows:-

  • Step 1: Visit the HIMS recruitment portal and register using valid email and mobile number.
  • Step 2: Fill the online application form carefully with all academic, research, experience and category details.
  • Step 3: Upload scanned copies of all required documents, photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
  • Step 4: Pay the application fee online and submit the form. Take a printout of the submitted application.
  • Step 5: Send the printed hard copy of the application along with all self-attested documents by Speed Post only so as to reach the University on or before 20 June 2026.
  • Step 6: In-service candidates must forward the application through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview.
